I’m basically your online best friend who gives you tips on all things related to having a vagina. (Yes, I just said that. You’ll quickly learn I am too much for some people; but, I also know those are not my people.) As my Mom tells everyone, “She was born with the soul of an 80 year old and the spirit of a wild stallion.” I’ve learned to accept that not everyone will love you, and that’s ok. As long as your happiness doesn’t come from the expense of someone else, you should go do the things that make you happy.

I began teaching my first group fitness class at the early age of 13. You don’t need hours a day, a gym, or to be healthy to start. You don’t have to workout solely to look great in a bikini, to lose weight, or for any aesthetic reason. You can do it for stress relief, to sleep better, to have more energy during the day, to help with joint pain, or any other reason!
I know so many ladies don’t have time to get to the gym- or can’t, or are just intimidated by even the thought of it. That’s why I created my online program… My goal is to help women love their self, take 30 minutes a day for them self, to have more energy, to feel better, & to learn that anyone can workout. Fitness has no age limit, no weight limit, or any other limit! It doesn’t have to be boring & monotonous.
As a woman, it’s hard to feel accepted by other women. You constantly feel the need to compete with other women or to compare yourself. When women come together to support and uplift each other, amazing things happen. We feel oppressed by the opinions of others and prevent ourself from living up to our full potential. I strive to show women you can be fearlessly authentic, truly happy, and still have women standing with you. I’ve created an online community of women world-wide where they can uplift and help each other and it’s one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen.
